Cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao was an artist first

She draws before calling it a night

Other than being a cosplayer, Alodia Gosiengfiao is also an artist in which all her artworks were what brought her to start maintaining her main website over at DeviantArt.com. She knew about art before cosplay. Her earlier works are inspired by anime and Japanese culture.

She also draws whenever she have free time

For now, She is trying to diversify her style to anime + western type of characters. Here are some of her masterpiece.

RG Veda: Kendappa-O

The queen of the Kendappa tribe, Kendappa-O serves as the royal musician and is one of the prophesized Six Stars. As the rest of the Stars gathered together to overthrow the treacherous reign of Taishakuten, it is revealed that Kendappa-O is Taishakuten’s shitenno, Jikokuten, the shitenno and bushinsho of the East. She believes that Taishakuten is the strongest person in Heaven and swore herself to his service when she was just a small child.

An SLR camera (either digital or film) with controls for aperture and shutter speed or just a digital camera will do the hobby. But for Jay Tablante there's this what you call Cosplay Photography, a new specialization in fashion photography that redefines the usual photo studio shoot.

Gyakuten Saiban: Yahari Masahi

Well-known for his unbelievable antics in school, Larry Butz is a childhood friend of Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth. He is a flight-of-fancy character and is quite prone to yelling fits. He’s had several jobs and several girlfriends over the years, but can never seem to keep either one for a long period of time.

Nevertheless, he remains happy with his life, despite finding himself caught between court cases. As the saying goes: “When something smells, it’s usually the Butz.”

Awesome cosplay! It’s too bad the photo is a little blurry, but the cosplayer really got the character down! I wonder if there are any other characters from the series who cosplayed with him? Thanks to Rue for sending this in!

Toy Con 2010 - Amazing Cosplayers

Toy Con 2010 - Jia Gold Bustamante as Kanu Unchou

Anime fans, gamers, toy collectors and amazing cosplayers gathered together at the Toy Con 2010 on June 19 and 20 at the SM Megatrade Hall.

Displayed items such as discounted comics, clothes, and action figures were sold. Lots of contest were enjoyed by the fans (toy design, toy photography, fan art and cosplay), live performances (Rockwell Science and Paramita), raffles, fan film screenings, games and more.
