Cosplayers Jessie and James are the major characters of Team Rocket, the team who always steals Ash's Pikachu and the rest of Pokemon in almost all the episodes.

After planning and using various schemes, disguises, and traps, they always fail of stealing pocket monsters in the end. They always come with poetic speeches including their motto. Jessie is into disguising more in masculine clothing while James always wears feminine outfits.

They are "blasting off" in almost all the episodes after failing on their evil plans by an explosion or a Pokemon's attack. I think, they should wear armored suits to prevent those explosion and to avoid being sent to far places. To the cosplayers, they're perfectly fit indeed because of their vain in their appearance.
